Questo non è un residence o hotel! È un condominio! Se qualche proprietario affitta la sua unità immobiliare è un suo problema! Quindi le valutazioni fatte da chi viene in affitto non ci riguardano e non ci interessano! Il nostro è un bellissimo condominio e con servizi eccezionali.
Non è un residence ma un condominio per cui non ci sono stanze da affittare ma eventualmente appartamenti da affittare. Per info chiedere alla custode. Prima di diventare condominio era l'hotel più bello e ambito dai turisti e dai valligiani. È stato frequentato da personaggi famosi e tutt'oggi è richiestissimo per la sua posizione, il suo grande parco, i campi da tennis e bocce e per la pace e tranquillità in quanto situato in pineta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro del paese.
